The rumor has been around for a while and apparently the rumor was true. Details were still missing, bu now Porsche has announced everything. The pictures do show that there is probably something of a hybrid powertrain. We are curious!

The Panamera Sport Turismo has a total peak output of 306 kW (416 hp) and can be have a full electric speed of 130 km / h with a range of 30 kilometers. Coupled with the impressive fuel economy concept: a combined cycle consumes less than 3.5 liters over 100 kilometers and has a CO2 emissions below 82 g / km.

The powertrain of the Panamera Sport Turismo is a further development of the full hybrid technology that Porsche currently applied in the Panamera S Hybrid and Cayenne S Hybrid. The new electric motor delivers 70 kW (95 hp), about double the capacity compared to what Porsche currently uses in its existing hybrid models, while the three-liter V6 engine with compressor still supplies 245 kW (333 hp). If both engines running, the Panamera Sport Turismo accelerates in less than six seconds to 100 km / h.
